1st try on a Peanut Butter, Cream Cheese, Tofu Pie (vegweb.com, I'll post the recipe when I find it again! ha)

I was in a bit of a rush when I decided to make it. The tofu could have been whipped better so wouldn't look as lumpy. *shrug* It was delicious though! My roommates loved it.
